East London – Tottenham Lane - Centrespace carried out a complete refurbishment and condition survey to highlight any remedial works to be undertaken prior to strip out.

This allowed the works to tie the structure together and ensure any existing cracking in the masonry was fixed. This was completed alongside the temporary works for the façade retention.
