Client: Holme Grange School

Centrespace played a pivotal role in the Sports England-funded extension design at Holme Grange School, contributing their structural engineering expertise to enhance the school’s already impressive sports facilities. The project aimed to support Holme Grange’s inclusive and dynamic approach to physical education by expanding and modernising its infrastructure. Centrespace’s involvement ensured that the new facilities were not only structurally sound but also aligned with Sport England’s design principles—prioritising accessibility, sustainability, and long-term usability. Their collaborative approach with architects and school stakeholders helped put together a scheme that supports a wide range of sporting activities, fostering both elite performance and broad participation among students. Construction is yet to start.
