Centrespace Design were brought in to undertake the feasibility of the single story extension on the roof of this 1960's office building. Along with the conversion of office to residential throughout whilst maintaining the commercial units at ground floor. Much of the work was designed to be undertaken whilst the building is in use.

Ground improvement was required for this project using injection grouting methods, enabling strengthening of the foundations whilst the building was already in use.
