Positioned right behind Sloane Square station this Chelsea townhouse was reconfigured by Guy Piper Architects.

 

An impressive ground floor extension was added. Two vaults were removed with restrictive head height under the pavement, and dug down to gain additonal head height for a utility and WC. The existing lower ground floor slab was removed and replaced with recycled glass insulation and limecrete slab allowing for increased head height and added insulation.
