Centrespace Design provided an initial phase 1 feasibility study into the construction of the 32 story mixed use development. The proposal was for 3 stories of commercial, retail and office space with an outdoor garden amenity level prior to the residential units above. The feasibility study looked at foundation and construction options with possible concrete floors with CLT floors and precast concrete columns. Off site modular construction and in-situ concrete construction with post tensioned concrete floors. 

Centrespace also provided the initials SUDS report and drainage design at below basement level.
