Working with client LEOS International Ltd, with consultant BLA Architects, we were brought in to undertake the feasibility of a two story extension on the roof of this 1960’s office build.


We also focused on the conversion of office space to residential throughout, whilst maintaining the commercial units at ground floor. 


The works were undertaken while much of the building was still live in its operations.
