The Cottage was built in the mid-19th Century and is located within a Conservation area. We designed a new timber and steel ground floor linked living space enclosing on an existing garden wall. With stepped foundations following the ground profile.
The renovations to the cottage were shortlisted for a Brick Development Association Award in 2024.
