We were recently appointed to a scheme to carry out a full internal refurbishment of a four-storey existing terrace property, right on the high street.

The basement has already undergone a full internal refurbishment, and our scope of works includes relevelling and removing floors to add them back in at new levels. 

This will involve creating an internal steel frame to take the new floors to prevent structural damage and cracking due to lateral loads.
